    I have off today & tomorrow. Although today has sucked. Tonight I am getting everything out of the condo-the other day i found a note on the door saying that the place is vacant & they are going to put new locks on...my bed & some other stuff is still there so i have to make sure i get it

    Went to the gym the last 3 days,tonight i'm relaxing,maybe wrapping later while watching Christmas movies. I'll do crunches at some point.

    Last night that's what the scale said anyways & it's that time of the month. I worked 6-12,came home took a nap & now i'm getting ready to go to the gym.

    I made buckeyes on Thursday night-so good but not the best idea on my part since i want to lose weight before my appointment.

    Exercise:
    gym burned over 700 cals.

    leg lifts

    I'm making buckeye candies later-but i told myself i could only have 2! lol i have been wanting them so bad!

  • what a downer

     I worked 6-3. From 10:00 on I was supervisor which i wouldn't mind so much but the cashiers always want something. So I found out that a costumer that would come in once in awhile passed away on Nov.5th. leaving behind a fiance & 3 kids. She was only 32. No one knows how she died yet,b/c she wasn't sick,then I found out another costumer older guy died of a heart attack on Wednesday,& some guy tells me a story about how his wife has cancer in 3 places & is losing her eye sight,& no one will help him with medical b/c they think it's a waste of time. How depressing. So i've learned that i need to live life to the fullest & stop beating myself up so much,& being depressed when i have a wonderful husband,& at least i have a job right, a nice place to sleep & a car.

    Still,which is better then seeing a higher number. I need to workout more to get into the 140's. It's just hard b/c I now live on the 2nd floor of an apartment & I don't want to bug anyone below me. I'm selling my elliptical,mostly b/c after being on the one at the gym mine is crappy.

    1 banana w/ fat free whipped cream

    squats

    Who do you want to go to the finals on biggest loser,Amanda or Liz? I'd like to see Amanda go all the way. I always seem to like the pink team.

    100 cal. pack white cheddar popcorn
    Velveeta mac & cheese cup (2% milk,fat free)
    2 bowls cereal w/1% milk
    steak & shake-double cheeseburger & fries (was so good!)
    couple bites of chex mix/1 twizzler

    Waitress at steak & shake said she forgot about us so she was going to give us a free cookie-I told her no thank you :)

    I have my Christmas tree up but didn't put anything on it yet,so i'll be doing that later,plus Biggest Loser is on tonight!

    Weight-the last two days i weighed in at 150 lbs so yeah since Thanksgiving i only gained 1 lb. Would love to see 149 again soon.

  • I was doing some Christmas shopping online,found House season 5 for my hubby for $21.50 on ebay free shipping. Then on another site i found a bacon maker thing for my friend K & P b/c they love bacon,that was $5.00. I love shopping but wish i had more money to do it. Can't believe tomorrow's already Dec.1st & rent will be due. blah.

    Intake:
    2-100 cal. packs white cheddar popcorn
    6' turkey,cheese & mustard sub (subway)
    small bag light lays chips
    hot chocolate w/fat free whipped cream

    Exercise:
    crunches
    sex
    gym
