  • feeling good

    I'm going to start taking pictures of what i eat starting tomorrow,i think it'll help me stay on track. Tonight i exercised for an hour with the wii fit,& 32 mins. with the biggest loser game-feeling really good right now. I'm not hungry either...I am always hungry at night,but for the past couple nights i haven't been eating anything after i eat dinner.

    Intake: did take pictures today so i'll just take them from online.
    couple pieces chex cocoa mix    6 Ritz crackers w/pb
       
    2 bowls w/1% milk               regular ham & swiss sub on white bread small bag doritos

     
      I know it's nothing healthy.

    Cute idea, taking the pics of the food lol...
    I thought of trying that a while back, but then got too lazy, and got fed up with stuff like....photographing my food when I go out to eat with somebody or stuff like that hahaa....

    Anyway, that's cool!

    thats a good idea! I wish had the time to take pictures of my food. I think it could really help and make a huge difference! Good luck!

    it may not have been the healthiest food ever, but it seems like it couldn't have been all that many calories once you add it all together.


    sounds like you got a good work-out! and good job not eating in the evenings... that's always my downfall.

    Great job with the exercise! Good luck with the pictures - I tried it once and stopped within like a week. I think it would really help though. Keep up the good work!
