    wow,don't know how that happened when i'm on my period but i worked out alot yesterday. I took some body pictures that i'll post later,b/c i'm feeling thin this morning & very sore.

    Moving the computer to the apartment tonight,cable company is coming tomorrow-so shouldn't have any problems updating tomorrow.

    Intake:
    1 bowl cinnamon toast crunch w/1% milk
      
    low fat quaker chewy bar-s'mores
     
    6' turkey,cheese & mustard sub
    small bag light lays chips
    few ritzs crackers with pb 
    2 pieces bread (end pieces)
    2 bowls cereal

    hehe got lazy with taking pictures-i ate at subway so i wasn't able to take any.

    Exercise:

    30 mins. on the wii fit plus
    moving boxes
